The controller allows you to simultaneously control different types of motors independently of each other. Each axis of the board can be uniquely configured, taking into account the technical characteristics of the equipment connected to it.
The controller is equipped with non-volatile (permanent) memory, this allows you to configure it once and then use the specified settings. It also reduces the risk of resetting the configuration in the event of an emergency power outage.
With its small size, the controller has the following features:
✦ Calibration in different units of measurement (millimeters, degrees);
✦ Setting the step discreteness from 1/2 to 1/256;
✦ Setting smooth acceleration and stopping in the range from 1 to 37717 full steps / s^2;
✦ Setting and controlling the set speed of movement in the range from 1 to 32765 full steps / second;
✦ Current control within 51mA-1.64 A;
✦ Freely interacts with various types of sensors (optocoupler, hall sensor, microswitch, etc.);
✦ Allows you to automatically determine the home position based on the sensor readings.
Depending on the partner's task and technical conditions, the controller can be equipped with various types of connectors and / or made in an individual case.
